Advisors Juan Ley and Tiffany Callahan joined Wells Fargo in Tucson, Ariz., where they report to complex manager Ronald Kieft.

While at Morgan, Ley and Callahan generated about $1.2 million in production, said the spokeswoman.

Ley, who has 17 years of industry experience, started his career in 1998 at Morgan Stanley, according to FINRA records. Callahan joined Morgan in 2006.

Recruiter Bill Willis, who assisted with the move, says that Ley and Callahan are a good fit, and that they took an opportunity to work with those with whom they are in sync philosophically.

"It's going to have a significant impact on their business," says Willis, president of Willis Consulting.

Wells Fargo last announced new recruits in January. The wirehouse picked up a team managing $700 million in assets from Morgan. The eight-advisor team joined Wells in Deerfield, Ill., where they report to branch manager Heather Crist.
