Top 10 branch managers for 2017

Hundreds of advisers, as well as executives and firms, nominated branch managers to be honored in On Wall Street's annual list of elite leaders.

These managers play a key role in broker recruiting and lead the pack in their support of advisers and their clients.

The judges, who evaluated nominees based on their leadership skills and their ability to recruit and develop talented advisers, among other factors, were: Bill Butterfield, research analyst at Aite Group; David Lo, head of U.S. client insight at Scorpio Partnership; and Kenton Shirk, director at Cerulli Associates.
