Neil O'Keeffe, Bank of the West

Neil O'Keeffe joined Bank of the West's wealth management group as market leader for Palo Alto, Calif. He is responsible for leading teams in the delivery of private client services to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

O'Keeffe was previously with the Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit of U.S. Bank for more than four years.

Whitney Rohrer, Bank of the West

Whitney Rohrer joined Bank of the West's wealth management group as market leader for San Francisco. She is responsible for leading teams in the delivery of private client services to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Rohrer was previously with Wells Fargo for more than nine years, first as a private banker and later as an affluent segment leader.

Chuck Wong, Bank of the West

Chuck Wong joined Bank of the West's wealth management group as market leader for San Jose, Calif. He is responsible for leading teams in the delivery of private client services to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Wong was previously with Merrill Edge, where he was a market sales manager for more than one year.

Scott Fleming, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Scott Fleming, BNY Mellon Wealth Management's former head of the Rocky Mountain region, was promoted to national director of sales. He now oversees nearly 150 sales professionals across the U.S.

Fleming joined BNY Mellon in July 2015 as Rocky Mountain regional president responsible for Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Kansas. He succeeds Donald Quattrucci, who assumed a new role as managing director and head of strategy for U.S. markets.

Stephanie Giroux, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Stephanie Giroux joined BNY Mellon Wealth Management as regional managing director and team leader for portfolio management in the firm's White Plains office. She is responsible for building advisory teams and growing the firm's wealth management business.

Giroux was previously with Wells Fargo Private Bank, where she served as a regional investment manager and senior investment strategist for almost five years.

Michael Silane, BNY Mellon Wealth Management

Michael Silane, a longtime executive with BNY Mellon Wealth Management, was promoted to regional managing director for portfolio management in the Southwest U.S. He works with six portfolio teams across the region on investment and wealth planning as well as risk management for clients.

Silane joined BNY Mellon in December 2003 and over the years increased his leadership and added broader responsibility. Prior to that, he was with Bank of America, where he served as a portfolio manager.

George Mateyo, Key Private Bank

George Mateyo joined Key Private Bank as its first chief investment officer. He has been charged with establishing investment strategies for both private and institutional clients, expanding the bank's research capabilities and managing the delivery of "solid investment performance through the portfolio management staff."

Mateyo was previously the senior director of investments at the Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit multidisciplinary academic medical center. He held that position for seven years.

Daniel Farley, U.S. Bank

Daniel Farley, the former regional investment director for U.S. Bank's Private Client Reserve high-net-worth unit in the central United States, was promoted to leader of the unit in the Twin Cities. He now leads a team of wealth management professionals providing investment management, private banking, trust and estate services and wealth planning to high-net-worth clients in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Farley served as the Reserve's regional investment director for almost two years. In that position, he oversaw more than 40 investment professionals and staff and was responsible for the portfolio management of more than $20 billion in client assets.

Eric Freedman, U.S. Bank

Eric Freedman joined U.S. Bank Wealth Management as chief investment officer. He directs the investment management business strategy of the firm's Asset Management Group.

Freedman was previously with independent investment advisory firm Captrust Financial Advisors, where he served as chief investment officer for more than a decade.

He replaces Tim Leach, who retired in July.

Gunjan Kedia, U.S. Bank

Gunjan Kedia joined U.S. Bank to lead the wealth management and securities services division. She took over the role from Terry Dolan, who was promoted to chief financial officer in August.

Kedia was previously at State Street where she led the firm's core investment servicing business in the Americas.

Karen Wimbish, U.S. Bank

Karen Wimbish joined U.S. Bank as head of the bank's wealth management products. She leads teams responsible for investment and banking product offerings as well as planning platforms and product technology across all client segments, from ultrahigh-net-worth to mass-affluent.

Wimbish is a former Wells Fargo executive who held a number of high-profile roles, including director of the retail retirement group and president of Wells Fargo Advisors' Latin America group. She left Wells Fargo in February 2016 after some 20 years with the company and its predecessors.

Wimbish worked briefly for consulting firms My Next Season and North Highland prior to joining U.S. Bank in December.
